Inspired by the famed dessert, which was invented by the renowned French chef Auguste Escoffier in 1892 at the Savoy Hotel in London to honour the Australian soprano Nellie Melba, our Melba King is a tribute to this classic.
Our take on the classic Peach Melba dessert, in Gose format. Vanilla on the nose, followed up by the sharpness of the fresh Raspberries then balanced off with fresh Peaches for this fancy-feeling sour.
