Say hello to Melba King our Peach Melba Gose, a sour that pays homage to the legendary peach melba dessert. Conditioned on fresh Peach and Raspberry with a hint of Maldon sea salt then a generous topping of Vanilla.

 Inspired by the famed dessert, which was invented by the renowned French chef Auguste Escoffier in 1892 at the Savoy Hotel in London to honour the Australian soprano Nellie Melba, our Melba King is a tribute to this classic.
